FP&A Manager

We are currently seeking a committed professional, As a Strategic Finance and FP&A, you will leverage your expertise in financial modeling, reporting, and data analysis to effectively support our clients. In this role, you will not only collaborate with a team of experienced professionals but also lead the FP&A team, managing client engagements and overseeing the work of analysts to ensure accuracy and quality.

Responsibilities

Manage client relationships and expectations, ensuring a clear understanding of the work required.
Lead the FP&A team, managing tasks delegation, while reviewing analysts' work to ensure accuracy and quality.
Develop comprehensive reporting packages for client management, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to deadlines.
Oversee P&L, budgeting, forecasting, and analytical processes.
Build financial models for clients and be able to do model review projects.
Communicate Client, the requirements and findings effectively and presenting the project deliverables.
Perform additional tasks as needed to support the team and clients.

Required skills

Proven experience in P&L management, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
Proficient in advanced Excel functionalities, including financial modeling and model review.
Expertise in data analytics using tools like Power Query, Power Pivot, and Power BI.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, for effectively conveying complex financial insights.
Ability to work collaboratively to meet cross-functional business objectives.
Proven ability to manage multiple client engagements and deadlines simultaneously.
Strong problem-solving and project management skills.
Ability to consistently meet high-quality standards under pressure and shifting priorities.

Qualification

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field or partially / fully qualified ACCA, CA, or ICMA.
Minimum 3 years of FP&A experience, ideally in financial services, private equity, or consulting.
Experience managing client relationships in a client-service environment.
